"Awesome Beast Rope"
I picked up the Beast Rope after seeing a bunch of good reviews. After using it a few times, one of the end caps that keeps the handle secure popped off and wouldn’t stay on, making the rope pretty much useless. I reached out to the company to explain what happened, and they quickly sent me a new one without any hassle. The replacement has been fantastic. Definitely recommend it!

Awesome wrist straps! A few weeks back, I picked up some wrist straps from Beast Gear on Amazon, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality considering the price. Those rubber non-slip features are a really nice addition!

"Purchased a rope"
I got a rope, but it’s broken. I sent message after message, and not a single reply. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I wouldn’t even suggest this company to my worst enemy. Save your cash; there are way better spots to grab gym equipment.

"Purchased knee sleeves"
I bought some knee sleeves. Followed their sizing guide to the letter, and an XL was supposed to work. When they arrived, I struggled to pull them over my calves. I've attempted to reach out through email and Facebook, but no one has replied. I won't be buying from them again. £30 down the drain since I can't get in touch with them.

"Knee Supports Purchase"
I ordered some knee supports. They arrived fine, but honestly, they weren't what I expected. I got some ridiculous advice about needing to be patient and keep trying to get them on my knees. After about 10 minutes of wrestling with them, I couldn't even get them close, so I decided to return them through PayPal for a refund. To be frank, they were pretty useless—just couldn't get them on at all. Total waste of time.

Truly outstanding experience. I've been into boxing and fitness for quite a while, but I've never encountered such a customer-focused brand. I've bought everything from speed ropes to wraps, and those FANTASTIC simian boxing gloves. The crew has always been top-notch. I had a tiny hiccup with my gloves, and the team got back to me twice in under an hour, sorting out my issue without me even having to ask! These folks prioritize customer happiness over making a quick buck - and that's just amazing these days. I’m sticking with this brand for sure.

They offer top-notch items with a fantastic selection to pick from. I've purchased plenty of their gear, like the skipping ropes, reaction ball, and boxing gear. I’ll keep coming back because you just can’t top their quality and customer support. I highly suggest giving this company a shot!

"Scammers"
I placed an order for two T-Shirts on January 8th, and by February 10th, I still hadn’t gotten anything, even after they promised me updates. They even gave me a bogus tracking number that didn’t lead to my address, just so you know. I ended up having to file a claim through PayPal to get my cash back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

"My Experience with Boxing Gear Purchases"
I've picked up a few items for boxing and I gotta say, I'm really happy with everything. The wraps, gel-infused gloves, and knuckle protectors are top-notch. I shot a couple of training questions to Ben, and he got back to me super fast. Can't wait to see what more high-quality training gear Beast gear rolls out next!

"Customer service? What customer service?"
I purchased a Beast Rope Pro back in March 2020. It's a pretty good product, but it comes with a small hex key to secure the handles to the rope. Unfortunately, I lost that hex key, so now I can't make any adjustments to the handles.

I reached out to Beast Gear's customer support about this issue, using both the email listed on their site and the overly friendly one found in the product booklet. Months have gone by, and still no reply! I've never seen such a total disregard for customers from any other company, ever. It's honestly mind-blowing.

Maybe the quickest and top-notch service I've ever experienced.

To make a long story short, one of the threads on my Beast Rope Elite was a bit off, so the adjustment tool was pretty loose. They got back to my email in under 24 hours and shipped me a replacement in just a few days.

"Terrible Experience with This Purchase"
This has been the absolute worst shopping experience I've ever encountered. I placed an order for a T-shirt intended for Christmas, and here we are in January, and it still hasn't arrived. All I receive are automated responses that don’t help at all, and I've reached out to them multiple times. Seriously, DO NOT, AND I MEAN DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The only explanation I can come up with for the positive feedback is that it’s either from their buddies or they’re being paid to write it. They still have my cash!

"No Response from Customer Service"
I made an order about a month back. The order came in, but I needed to swap one item for a bigger size. I’ve shot off several emails, tweeted, and even messaged through their site. Not a peep back. It feels like customer service is just a myth.

To top it off, my package showed up wrapped by Amazon, so I guess they handle the storage and delivery of the stuff.

Super bummed out since I’d heard great things about the quality of their products.
